  1. 1. Amendments

    Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited (hereinafter “we", “our”, "us" or “the Company”) owns and operates the site of DCH Living (hereinafter “website”). Our site facilitates a convenient way to shop online and to enjoy entertainment content round-the-clock on the internet, by our website, applications or software (“services”).

    1. DCH Living is open to all persons who are 18 years of age or above.
    2. Applicants of the Membership shall complete the application process as DCH Living may decide from time to time, including but not limited to completing a registration/application form and/or providing certain personal data. Incomplete or inaccurate forms might not be processed by DCH Eshop. DCH Eshop reserves the right to approve or reject any application in its sole discretion without giving any reason.
    3. DCH Living Member ("the Member") must submit the required information from the time of application. Otherwise, the Card will be temporarily suspended without prior notification. The Card shall be re-activated upon all required information has been received by DCH Eshop.
    4. The original completed registration/application form(s) are non-returnable after submitted.
    5. In consideration of your use of our services, you agree to:
      1. provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when filling out our registration form; and
      2. maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If we have reasonable grounds to suspect that any information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your registration.

    We are of DCH Holdings Limited (collectively “we", “our” or "us") and we own and operate the site of DCH Living (collectively “website”). Our site facilitates a convenient way to shop online and to enjoy watching entertainment content round-the-clock over the Internet, including by using our applications or software (“services”).

    1. The Company shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products on this website are up to date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to Company's acceptance at its sole discretion and stock availability. 
    2. The Company shall make every effort to ensure products displayed on the website are in stock. If from time to time products become out of stock, the Company reserves the right to offer alternative product/s to the Customer of similar value and style.
    3. The prices charged are those applicable on the day you order.
    4. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability of the stock and the Company reserves the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable. In the event that we are unable to fulfill any of the products or services in the Customer’s order, we will notify the Customer by phone or email before delivery.
    5. By using our site you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully
    6. We reserve the right to make changes to these terms and conditions from time to time without providing any prior notification. The amended terms and conditions are effective from the date they are published on our site. Your continued access and use of our site and our services shall represent your unconditional acceptance of the latest version of the terms and conditions.
  3. Purchase Order in Individual Shop

    DCH Living is an online shopping platform with individual shop, which is operated by Dah Chong Hong Holdings Limited. We offer wide variety of brand and product from our global distribution.

    Welcome and enjoy our service anytime and anywhere. We will introduce new brands and product ranges from time to time for providing a delightful shopping experience and graceful life to you. For shopping procedures and terms, please refer to the section “Shopping Guide”.

  4. Order

    1. Except where otherwise specified, we are not the seller or supplier of the merchandise. We are responsible for managing and administering the site, arranging order processing and fulfillment for the merchandise you ordered from the suppliers through our site.
    2. When you place an order you are making an offer to buy from the supplier the merchandise you have specified at the price stated for those merchandise. You cannot cancel an order once it has been submitted, even if our acceptance or rejection of your order is still pending.
    3. We will acknowledge your order to confirm that we have received your order by email. The confirmation will provide:
      1. details of what you have ordered,
      2. details of the price charged,
      3. information about the progress of your order, and
      4. estimated dispatch and delivery information.

      This communication will be our acceptance of your order on behalf of the supplier. You may track your order status online.

    4. Our acceptance of your order will only cover the merchandise mentioned in it and may not cover all the merchandise you ordered. If this is the case, then the order you made for the remaining merchandise will only be accepted when we send a further acceptance of that part of your order.
    5. The availability of the merchandise is as shown online and will be updated regularly by the supplier. They should not be relied on as definite statements as to whether the merchandise you wish to purchase are actually in stock.
    6. We reserve our right not to accept or cancel an order for any reasons at our sole discretion, including without limitation:
      1. no sufficient stock to deliver the merchandise you have ordered;
      2. no delivery can be arranged for your area; or
      3. one or more of the merchandise you ordered was listed at an incorrect price due to a human or computer error or an error in the pricing information provided by the supplier.
    7. If we cancel your order we will notify you by email and will credit to your account any sum deducted by us from your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within thirty (30) days of your order. You accept that we will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.
  5. Title & Refund Policy

    1. All risks in the products shall pass to the Customer upon delivery but DCH Living shall retain title in the products until full payment has been received.
      1. It is the receiver's responsibility to check the condition of any goods received, at the time of delivery.
      2. To cancel the shop order, please contact our individual shop’s Customer Service Team, latest by 48 hours before the order is delivered.
      3. If you have paid by credit card, we will refund to your credit card account. The whole process should take around 1 month.
      4. Please refer to the individual shop’s Terms and Conditions.
  6. Member Benefits

    1. To redeem the benefits, the Member must:
      1. Present his/her membership data (Member can find his/her own data in “My Account” section)
      2. Present his/her Identity card, which carry the legitimate name of the respective member (in case the redemption is in our retail outlet store.).
      3. Select valid e-coupon (Member canq find his/her own data in” My Coupon” section)
    2. Terms and Conditions and e-coupons
      1. e-coupon offered by us shall only be applicable for one-off purchase at our site subject to special terms and conditions.
      2. e-coupons are neither refundable nor redeemable for cash. Any unused amount will be forfeited
      3. If your order is cancelled for whatever reason or is eligible for a refund, any promotion codes, coupon codes or coupons used in that order shall be forfeited without any refund or compensation.
      4. We reserve the right to terminate or vary the above offers from time to time without providing any prior notification. In the event of any dispute, our decision shall be final and conclusive.
  7. Delivery & Office Self Pick-Up Service

    Customers will receive an “Order Acknowledgement” Mail after you placed your orders. The customer service representative of respective Shop will contact and confirm with you the amount, quantity, prices and delivery date in the following working day. After that, a “Order Confirmation” Mail will be sent to your email address for you to confirm the whole order details. And, we will arrange the delivery accordingly.

        DCH Living delivery service is operated in Hong Kong SAR. For each individual Shop, free delivery service will be provided for individual Shop order exceed the minimum purchase amount (per each delivery address).

    2. Kowloon Bay Office Self Pick-up arrangement

      DCH Living provide the Self Pick-Up services and is available at DCH Building (Kowloon Bay) for selected product. Once you have selected Self Pick-Up option, respective Shop CS team will contact you for self-pickup arrangement.

    3. General Terms & conditions on After Sales:
      1. Please contact the Customer Service Representative of the respective Shop for the terms & conditions on after sales terms
      2. Product is in limited quantity, while stock last and upon the payment completed.
      3. Dates of receipts are based on customer signatures once received.
      4. If customer discovers breakage problems on goods received, please take photo as evidence for reference and contact the respective Shop’s customer service hotline by phone or email immediately.
      5. If there are packing problems and missing items, please contact our customer service hotline immediately.

  8. Termination of Membership

    1. The Member may email to Eshop@dch.com.hk to terminate his/her Membership at any time. All of your member information, shopping record and E-coupon will not be returned.
    2. Misconduct, fraud, misuse of DCH Living Membership, its benefits or failure to follow these terms and conditions may result in the immediate termination of the Membership and cancellation of all accrued member benefit.
    3. DCH Living reserves the right (with or without notice) to terminate any membership at which time all member benefit s accrued will be cancelled.
  9. Liability

    1. DCH Living shall not be liable to any Member for any loss, damages or expenses of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Membership, the use of the Card or its benefits, including but not limited to the use of personal data, mistakes or fraud by any person in redeeming a benefit, whether DCH Living is negligence or otherwise.
    2. DCH Living’s shall not be liable to in contract, tort or otherwise in respect of any claim arising out of acts or omissions relating to the Membership in connection with which the matter arises.
    3. DCH Living will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the product or service provided by any other entities in connection with the use of the Membership.
    4. DCH Living’s decision in respect of any such complaint or dispute shall be final and binding on the member and DCH Living shall not be required to give any reason for such decision.

    Certain links, including hypertext links, in our site will take you outside our site. Links are provided for your convenience and inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement or approval by us of the linked site, its operator or its content. We are not responsible for the content of any website outside our site.

  11. Invalidity

    The invalidity, illegality or unenforceability of any provision of these terms and conditions under the laws of any jurisdiction shall not affect its validity, legality or enforceability under the laws of any other jurisdiction nor the validity, legality or enforceability of any other provisions herein contained.

  12. Jurisdiction

    These terms and conditions and the relationship between DCH Living and each Member are governed by the laws of The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, the People's Republic of China and the Customer and DCH Living agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. DCH Living may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. If any dispute arises, DCH Living's determination shall be final. Where these terms and conditions are available in Chinese, the English version is the governing version and shall prevail whenever there is a discrepancy between the two versions.

  13. Force Majeure

    The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in its performance caused by or resulting from acts of God, fire, flood, accident, riot, war, government intervention, embargoes, strikes, labour difficulties, equipment failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Company.
